a new weapon mod idea
extended affliction = hex's last longer, % is up in there air, but could make it 20% max jsut like enchant extention or less, not sure how it would be worked in and 20 may just be to long to be realistic
and for melee/caster balance maybe something that increases the base % to score a critical hit, again, the % being up for discussion
granted critical eye+ crit mod might be a bit to much, but hey, its just an idea
i'm sure there is a reason for them not being around, would they upset things to much to add them now?
